We have had a recent influx of questions about a November preorder Mech and questions surrounding what Mech would be shipping in January. We thought it would be a good idea to share...
The Skye Rangers Brigade has a long tradition of service and loyalty to House Steiner through four long and grueling Succession Wars spanning hundreds of years. Once again civil war threatens the Great Houses of the Inner Sphere. Our Mechwarriors have been called home, allies will be chosen, enemies vanquished, and battles fought on distant worlds under far off suns...the Federation of Skye will now decide its destiny...
Welcome to the Home Base of the Skye Rangers, located on the dark and beautiful planet Summer, within the Federation of Skye.
The Zipper walked into his office, just after an outstanding victory on some horrible Bog-like planet. He said "I hate bugs...and bogs" as hie killed a mosquito crawling out from under his shirt. The Zipper noticed he hasn't yelled at ANYONE in the past month...for ANYTHING. Starting to grumble he started looking for his Company updates / LCOM reports/ Transfer requests. He looked at the empty clip board on the wall...under the printer...where the hell are his stacks of paperwork?!?! The Zipper walked out of his office and hollered down the hall at the CCOM/BCOM doors " Where the HELL are my damn reports?!?!" to which replied Thunden "In your DAMN computer!" a pause "SIR". Windemere just stuck his head out his door and made an ugly face while sticking his tongue out at me (his usual greeting to me) , and MechWrecher said "It was sent earlier at 0735 hours this morning." so the Lt-Gen turned promptly around and headed back to his office, fired up his "Kom POO ter" and sure enough...there it was in the Received Documents file. There was even a dancing crayon gif. to show there was a message. It read as follows:

New layout below signature block and in my admin photo folder.
As for myself, I moved up 0.03 on my KDR to 1.71 and filled out the first third of Tier 1.
As a side note, I received PCS orders this week and expect degraded comms from mid-May to early August.
Semper Fidelis, KM Thunden.
The Zipper read this and thought there was something missing...so he reviewed his entire roster. He sent messages to the other LCOMs to create Lance insignias for their Laces...if they havn't already. Oh yeah...after about 2 years of heckling. MechWrecher FINALLY became Master Qualified!
The Zipper hollared down the hall "We need to have a party!" , to which Windemere replied "ABOUT DAMN TIME...I've been here 3 weeks and I'm PARCHED !!"
It's getting to be that time to update our in game SRoT Roster.
As such, over the next 1-2 weeks, I will be personally going through the MWO in game guild (SRoT) roster and updating positions and AWOL checks manually.
Unfortunately, there's (still) not a robust guild management tool in MWO Faction panel, so I will do it the old fashioned way.
However, ALL SR members MUST make sure that their in game names match their SR guild website roster name (to avoid inadvertent MWO roster deletion by yours truly). Your main account display name here on the website MUST match your in game MWO pilot name or you risk removal/deletion from the in game roster (i.e., I am not going to try and guess).
You can change your SR website account display name easily on the website under your Profile panels. Not sure you can change your name in MWO, but you may be able to change it there to match as well.
Feel free to shoot me an email with any questions.
MWOWC EU-Team: today seems to be the last opportunity to grab em prices for participation in the MWOWC. So in case you CAN attend tonight, it would be appreciated highly! I want at least one EON-component as a hanging cockpit item!
You kids with your newfangled toys! Back in my day, we had to push the AC grenades into the enemy armor by mech-hand! Our cockpits never went below 40° Celsius and our lasers went PEEEWW instead of pewpewpewpewpew!
Also important thing for those who didn't know. After this patch you can now take any mech from mechbay into training grounds with unsaved loadout. Bascially allowing you to try out different builds/skills without spending cbills/xp.
Hey William! Nice to have ye back! Can you invite Gri3f3r and CrashSteel into the academy please so they have a bigger bunch of ppl to play with? Pretty nice folks from what I have seen until now. Thx!
Tonight (EU-Time): Team Bravo does MWOWC18 drops to get the games needed for prices! Show up + participate, so we can spread PGI's blessings between as many Rangers as possible. Check the thread in TacCom-Subforum, contact via PM or show up on TS!
