Among all the Successor States, the Lyran Alliance maintains the most open system of nobility. Though most titles are hereditary and passed down through the first-born offspring, the chances for a commoner to win a title are considerably greater here than anywhere else. The titles of nobility tend to follow the ancient Germanic forms.
For the purposes of the Skye Rangers, Noble Titles are awarded base on activity on our Message Board. The "holdings" and "Average Worth/Annual Income" are to be used for fictional purposes (i.e. posting a Mechwarrior Profile) but will have no substantial effect on day-to-day operations in the club.
