Guillocuda 76 posts +2 votes Kommandant (KM)	I was playing Sins of a Solar Empire: Diplomacy this morning... I had just captured a series of planets in the enemy's system, when I looked over to a debris field next to one ofm y captured planets and noticed this.. My allies were taking on the entire enemy fleet by themselves, and doing a good job of it too! (It was 2v3 in the enemies favour) I turned Cinematic Mode off to show off who's ships were whose...Blue, Purple and Dark Green were the enemy, Light blue and Light Green were my allies, and I'm the tealish colour you can see on the overlay. My system with my fleet in it in the background. Another perspective.. Then I jumped in! The enemy attempted to retreat. The fleet composition list doesn't even show half our strength. And what's left of the enemy forces... This fleet battle was SO BIG that my computer (3.2ghz six-core, 16 gb of RAM and a 6950 2gb video card) was lucky to get TWO frames per second. Now why don't you bring that fleet on over to the Skye Federation, and let's see what kind of trouble we can cause along the borders. Nice post, and good use of screenshots. Guillocuda 76 posts +2 votes Kommandant (KM)	I think it's important to note that I've had more ships in one single fleet than the one I had in those screenshots, but that's the largest battle I've ever seen. Before that was me and a friend duking out 1v1 with 16 capital ships each (the max) and maxed out supply in cruisers and frigates. Compare: 12 Capital ships (three Battlecruisers of different make(two Rapture and a Revelation class), two Radiance battleships, two Progenitor Motherships, five Halcyon Carriers) 52 Heavy Cruisers (Destra Crusaders) 25 Illuminator Vessels (Long range Frigates, but I call them Destroyers because they're more combat-capable than the Combat Frigates..) 12 Light Carriers (Aeria Drone Hosts) vs: 16 Capital ships of various make (800 supply) 60 Heavy Cruisers (600) 20 Light Carriers (400) Some scattered support ships like Iconus Guardians and the other one I can't remember the name of. (rest) The new expansion is coming out soon, which will double the amount of factions and add Titan ships..should be interesting! Old factions are Advent Vasari TEC new factions are Advent Rebels Vasari Rebels TEC Rebels. The old races become "Loyalist". As you can guess...the name of the expansion is Rebellion.
